I am running late for my appointment. What would happen?

Duration of massage might be shorter, if we already have the next appointment following you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation or change of appointment should be made at least 3 hours prior to the appointment you have.
After that, cancellation fee will apply.

Your phone line is busy. How can I make an appointment?

In our clinic, therapists work both as receptionists and therapists.
Therefore, nobody can answer your phone when all therapists are
busy with massage.
Still you are able to leave a voice message to us and we will return a call.

What should I wear to receive massage?

To receive Shiatsu or Seitai, casual and easy to move wear is recommended.
To receive oil massage, you need to be in shorts only.
Also please note that we do not have shower room in our clinic, but we provide you with hot towels.

When I went there at 6:30pm, elevator was not working. What should I do then?

Due to security reasons, you have to have a security code to use elevators after 6:30pm.
Therefore, if your appointment is 6:30pm or later, please call us for security code prior to arrival the building.
